Basque Cheesecake

Description

This Basque cheesecake is rich, creamy and utterly foolproof. It’s also very easy to make, as far as cheesecakes go! Recipe yields 12 slices.

Ingredient:

  • 2 pounds cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 ¼ to 1 ½ cups sugar, depending on desired level of sweetness
  • 2 cups heavy cream, divided
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon fine salt
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
