  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 dried Szechuan chiles
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 2 medium daikon radish, chopped
  • 14 ounces uncooked Chinese noodles
  • Optional: Fresh cilantro leaves, sesame oil
