  • 1 ¼ cups chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons pickle brine
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Serving suggestions: Wavy potato chips, and sticks of carrot, celery or bell pepper
