  • 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Assorted fresh fruit, optional
