Ingredient:
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup pureed avocado (about 2 small avocados)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1-1/2 teaspoons mint extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 package (10 ounces) Andes creme de menthe baking chips
