1 ½ cups whole wheat pastry flour or white whole wheat flour or regular whole wheat flour
⅓ cup poppy seeds
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon fine salt
1 medium organic orange, to yield about 2 teaspoons zest and ¼ cup juice
