  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 12 ounces fresh shucked oysters (in juice)
  • 1 teaspoon sherry, optional
  • Hot pepper sauce, optional
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
