  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed
  • ½ cup chopped dried apricots
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • ⅓ cup flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
