  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 fresh thyme sprigs
  • SAUCE:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup Cognac
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
