These whole wheat pancakes are delicious and fluffy, with a hint of cinnamon. They’re naturally sweetened with maple syrup instead of sugar. So good!

  • 1 cup white whole wheat flour or regular whole wheat flour

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
